PRogress Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

PRogress ("the app") is a workout tracking app. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the app's data practices are simple: your data exists to make the app work for you, and for nothing else.

Information we collect

What we do NOT collect

How your information is used

Where your data is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), acting as our service provider. Google may process basic technical information (such as IP addresses) as part of operating these services securely. See Firebase's privacy documentation for details. Access to your data is protected by security rules: only you can modify your own records.

Sign in with Apple and Google

If you use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, authentication is handled by Apple or Google respectively. The app receives only your account identifier and email address (with Apple, you may choose to hide your email). The app never sees your password for these services.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, workouts, personal records, likes, and follows. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes its access to your Apple ID. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Children

PRogress is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
